TICONGLE is an at-risk youth program that provides educational and work opportunities for youth to improve their social and economic circumstances through training, job opportunities and entrepreneur support.

• Companies: We lead Salvadoran companies’ transformation with training for groups of collaborators in digital office tools such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Technical Skill Program: We have a training program since 16 years-old people and on, in digital on demand areas, for instance: Digital Marketing, Videogames, robotic, phones and computer maintenance, graphic design, Iot, among others.

We in Alliance with Secretaría de Innovación of the Presidency of El Salvador we offer training for different groups in areas such as videogames, cybersecurity, machine learning, among others.
